How to Study Medicine in Romania without IELTS 2020
Higher education is offered in both private and public institutions. Romania encourages students from overseas to study in these institutions. However these institutions are largely autonomous and therefore decide on the fees that have to be paid independently.

If you are not student from the European Union (EU), European Economic Area (EEA) or Switzerland you will be unable to study in Romania for free and will have to enroll and pay on your own expense.

There aren’t many scholarships that are available but you can apply for one of them that will offer you financial support. The funds do not include travel or food expenses. Students from EU, EEA and Switzerland might be able to study in Romania as a Romanian student, without paying fees, as long as they fulfill the same conditions as Romanian students. For example you will have to study the Romanian language. This free system depends entirely on the institution in concern.
