German education is gaining popularity over the years where you can study abroad for free. In recent years, more and more foreign students have applied for admissions in German universities. Looking at this interest in German universities, many new universities have been established that offer free education for foreign students. Ruprecht-Karls-Universität Heidelberg is one such university that offers programs in English for foreigner students. Another such university that enable English courses to be taken by students is: Ludwig-Maximilians-UniversitätMünchen – Graduate ‘English-taught courses’ (ETC) Furthermore, Universitat Leipzig, being one of the top 600 universities, offers BA in American Studies in English. It also offers BSc in International Physics to be taught in English to students who are from Abroad. Another such university is Georg-August-UniversitätGöttingen which is ranked in the top 200 universities of the world. It has a course BSc Molecular Sciences that is offered in English.

When studying in Germany, as a student, you have to make sure you have enough income that you are able to handle your daily expenses of food, residence and study material on your own. Apart from these expenses, the students are exempted from tuition fee. However, there are other universities that offer admissions to international students but give them half or partial fee exemption.

There are many universities in Canada that offer international students grants, awards, and scholarships to peruse their studies in Canada. With the increase in such scholarships, a large number of students choose Canada for their next educational place. The University of Waterloo offers International Master’s and Doctoral Student Awards to help students cater their tuition fee. They grant the student a valued amount of $2,045 per term for a period of 2 years. There is another university i.e. University of Calgary,  that offers students awards to international students. This university offers Scholarship grants that range from $1,000 to $40,000 to international students. This either covers the full tuition fee or partial tuition fee. University of Manitoba Graduate Fellowships offer merit based scholarship awards to students of any nationality. The basic criteria of this scholarship are: the student must be part of a graduate degree program.

The scholarships available in the university range upto $14,000 for Master’s students. Furthermore, there is another scholarship program Vanier Canada Graduate Scholarships which offer grants to students that range upto $150,000 for a period of three years. The scholarships are offered to MA/MS students. A list of universities is affiliated to this scholarship program. Students who get scholarships form this program are those who have taken admissions in the relevant universities of this program. There is another university scholarship program with the name Pierre Elliot Trudeau Foundation Doctoral Scholarships. This program offers scholarships, preferably, to students from the developing world. They offer an amount up to $60,000 for one year. These scholarships are particularly offered to students of PhD. There is one award with the name International Leader of Tomorrow Award which is an undergraduate studies award. It focuses on those students who have exceptional communication skills, leadership qualities, any achievement that are worth mentioning or are involved in any sort of community services.

There are many universities that offer low-cost fee or partial exemption from tuition free to international students to study abroad for free. Even disciplines like medical and engineering have low cost as compared to other disciplines. The living cost in France is also quite nominal as compared to the rest of Europe.  Université Pierre et Marie Curie (UPMC) is a very popular university in France and has about 20% international students.  Sciences Po is another university that specializes in law, art, history etc. it has a good ranking in top universities list being in the first 300 universities. It has a large number of students in which half are international students.
